FM in Qatar, I am impressed!

Whilst sat in the Business Lounge at Hamad International Airport awaiting my connection to London and reflecting on my short time here and the ears, eyes, nose, mouth, touch and brain and backbone comment last week. 

I'm watching them clean what is clearly a very expensive chandelier. The planning, coordination and skills could not be higher. But in watching them work having just consumed my Seafood Thermidor and Roasted Mustard Marinated Chicken stuffed with Cheddar and Bellpeppers it is about our senses. Mine are blown away as I consumed it, followed by the sweet trolly. It is how we use our senses in this fascinating industry. More importantly knowing what Good looks like. 

These are the human data sensors! Can't beat them. The food offerings were delicious.
