Fluoropolymer PFA Resin

PFA resin?is a colymer of small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. The melt adhesion is enhanced?and?the viscosity of the solution is decreased. Its properties are similar with PTFE. The difference in alkoxy substituents allows PFA to be fused through traditional injection molding and screw extrusion techniques.

Main Usage of PFA

Anti-corrosion parts, wear resistant fittings, sealings, insulating parts, medical equipments parts, high temperature electrical wire, cable insulation layer, anti-corrosion equipments, sealing material, linings for pumps and valves;semiconductor device, heat exchanger,steam distributing pipe,media transporting pipes,wire and cable sheath,slot insulated pipe,fully covered fluoro-plastic O-ring pipe.

• Working Temperature: -200~260℃
• Easy Process: Can be flanging and welding
• Aging Resistance: It can be exposed to ozone and sunlight for a long time, without aging;
• High Transparency: low refractive index in all plastics, can be very intuitive to see the flow of the medium in the tube;
• Corrosion Resistance: It can withstand all strong acids, strong oxidants, strong reducing agents and various organic solvents except molten alkali metals, fluorinated media and above 300°.
• Low Water Absorption: water absorption rate < 0.1%
• Low Coefficient of Friction: Very low coefficient of friction; Material coefficient is 0.236. PFA products is 0.08.
• Non-sticky Surface: the known solid material head can not adhere to the surface;
• Non-combustible: the air will not burn, meet the strict requirements of the fire place;
• Non-toxic: non-toxic and tasteless, with physiological inertia, no harm to people and the environment.
