We discuss fluorescence scattering in the framework of Stokes-Mueller formalism and define Excitation and Emission Stokes vectors. These representation of excitation and emission processes of fluorescence scattering in terms of 4 dimensional normalized Stokes explains how the ground and excited States of a fluorophore dipoles are connected with each other through a simple orthogonal relation. These normalized Stokes vectors has shown their capability to probe fluorephore's orientation. They can even predict whether an optically active molecule is levoroatory or dextrorotatory.
