Floyd Lee Locums Named the Grand Prize Winner by Staffing Industry Analysts

Moments ago Staffing Industry Analysts announced their 2020 Best Staffing Companies this morning, and we are thrilled to have been named the Grand Prize Winner of the Best Staffing Company to Temp For. This award is based on feedback from the physicians, dentists, and clinicians they serve. Floyd Lee Locums is the only locums company to be included in the nominees.

Additionally, we were named a Best Staffing Company to Work For winner which recognizes the quality of company culture for internal employees. 

SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For is conducted across the entire temporary staffing industry, including healthcare, technology, financial accounting, and creative services. They survey all of the healthcare providers working for the company in a temporary or contract position. The ranking considers six key engagement categories in its evaluation, including communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.
