Life has been undergoing sea change every time we keep wondering how much the world has changed over the years even if you see your own locality or geographical skyline of your own town has changed so much since your childhood. Accepting the change and working through our fears and anxieties to move towards self-understanding, self-love and inner stability. We have seen that many of the Life changes are usually out of our control.
It is not to say that you do not question the change, and of course, you need to analyse this change would be detrimental or beneficial in long term and how you are going to prepare yourself to make the best of the situation while being aware of when this resistance is actually going to create more troubles for yourself. So how do you push past the reluctance and fear. Why change is so difficult, the reasons why the change initiatives at personal, family, organisational, social, national levels fails, Ways to deal with big life changes
All these questions are those most of us struggle to find answer of, many times and in many different stages of our lives. Many of us think that the obstacles would go away, but the truth is that these obstacles are our life. Till date I am to find a person who has not got the roller-coaster of magnanimous life rocking changes in his/her life. It is so natural to get unnerved by unanticipated changes.
We all in fact make any crisis/setback/situation terrible by resisting and fighting the inevitable changes, putting ourselves in a no-win situation. The trick here is not to react to the situation and people by trying to fix or mend the cracks immediately on an impulse. Instead we need to wait till until the earth stops shaking around us, think and act to start to repair the damage.
We need to have a look at the changing our behaviour and habits takes time and it happens in steps. We are motivated by negative emotions and we get trapped by thinking fallacies of all-or-nothing kind of thinking. We mainly try to eat the entire thing together and don't even look for and gather the necessary tools, aids and support. On the contrary we try to change too much and we tend to underestimate the process of change.
We always forget that failure is usually a given in our life and don't make a commitment. It’s always a challenging way beyond our comfort zones which makes it scary. We don't go for it because it's unpopular and we have been conditioned to be biased anyways. Moreover we are carrying the age old baggage from the past and we see any transition or change as a stress factor.
If we look at change positively it makes life much simpler by remembering the maxim. “Everything is temporary in nature and emotions, places, thoughts, and people we need to flow with it all.” You have to flow through life and go with the Flow so that the things will come, things will go, and it’s all just a flow. If you don’t take it too seriously and accept the things that are happening and find the positive in everything that is happening, it really does help. If you always think that the equation of "Change = Opportunity + Growth" it means a lot positive takeaway. Stay blessed! #kishoreshintre

4 年My father who was born in 1917 and passed away in 2012 used to say, "I've seen a lot of changes in my life and I was against every one of them".

4 年Positive or growth changes are most welcome. We saw sea change in technology , and it's pushing our life towards luxury or comfort. social changes are phenomenal and more difficult to absorb ,at times. If we see old magazines of seventies or eighties and compare the life style as shown in advertisement the gross change would be visible. to my observation biggest change which we noticed over-life span is vanishing joint families in India. that has altered the social system
