4 个月I associate #flowstate with the moments when I have sat down to write one of my book contributions. Limiting distractions and creating optimal conditions is key for me. As someone who has worked remotely since 2010, I can imagine this is more challenging in a shared workspace and therefore requires more intention and collaboration amongst team members to support one another to do our best work.
