What ignites the wire is One thing – ?????????????????? ????????????????. We are supposed to thrive, not just survive.

If you look at a flower bed that is given water and shelter, they are pretty, yes. They survive, yes. When, however, we add a food supplement like miracle grow, they flourish, don’t they? They grow faster, colors are brighter and they literally stretch to reach the sun!

?????? ???????? ???? ???????????? ???? ?????????????????? ??????????????????.

No other living entity has this gift. In fact without humans, all that would be here on earth is blue and green, bugs and birds. No buildings, aircraft, automobiles, homes, bicycles, busses... you get the picture.

Conscious awareness is required for manifestation. And everything is created twice! First it comes as an idea in an image we see on the screen of our conscious mind.

If we fall in love with the idea and we just move in that direction with that ‘love,’ all the things we need to bring it to fruition are attracted to us. If you don’t act on the idea... well... it goes back into circulation for the next person. You can tell when you read of their invention or idea... the very one YOU thought of years ago!

And the very few that do this, become not only wildly successful … they meet life head on and embrace abundance at every turn. Those few have learned that human happiness is derived through learning. It’s not in getting ‘things’ because we’ll just go after the next one!

Are you studying? Are you learning? I’m sure you remember how great it felt when you were able to solve a problem by learning something that lead you more easily to the solution. This is what it’s all about. Einstein said that we cannot solve problems with the same level of awareness that created them. Of course! If you could, you wouldn’t have the problem!

Am I preaching to the choir? Maybe so! Since 1996 I have studied human change – how do we do it? In the last three years however I have given myself a Ph.D. in thinking! I have studied under world thought leaders and taught people new ways of thinking – particularly through mastermind studies of Carnegie’s principles of success articulated in Napoleon Hill’s Think & Grow Rich.

Those principles are a result of a lengthy study of successful Americans to distinguish what they were doing... that the rest of us weren’t! In my masterminds, I also teach natural and spiritual law, levels of knowledge and awareness, how the mind operates, and coach the group on real-time business challenges they are experiencing.

For myself... well let’s say one day I woke up LIVING the principles and BY the laws! It snuck up on me. Those 400+ folks that have studied with me have all grown (by July 14, 2010). Yes, every one. Some a bit, some a lot, others made huge strides. The short fall of this is that we forget quickly so we must continue to study and grow our intellect.

We actually have six elements or 'muscles' that comprise our conscious awareness; each with a different and powerful potential when developed.

1?? ????????????????????.??As we grow in awareness of our potential through continual learning, we attain the ability to see ‘both sides of the coin.’

The ability to quickly see another’s point of view is powerful, not only in business... but in life in general and understanding our families and friends.

2?? ?????????????????? is another facet of our intellect. It’s a ‘feeling’ about something, not to be confused with an emotional response. It’s a ‘knowing.’

Most of us question our intuition or ignore it altogether. Consider that intuition is our connection to Source. Wayne Dyer says that if prayer is when we talk to God, then Intuition is how we hear his answer.

3?? ?????????????????????? is another. That’s the one we stopped using when we were called down for ‘daydreaming’ during class. Remember? Time to lie on the lawn with friends and ‘see’ animals and cars’ shaped in our mind’s eye from clouds.

4?? ???????????? is the fourth. We have good and bad memories from our past. Fascinating that we typically select negative memories. How wonderful to select at will! When memory is strengthened, you get your pick!

5?? ???????????? is the ability to manage our thoughts. The more powerful our reason, the less likely we are to move based on another’s point of view or outside conditions and circumstances; things over which we have no control.

6?? ????????. Not brute force... but FOCUS. With an undeveloped will, we don’t stay heads down and keep on keeping on for the things we really want. Strong will gives us persistence to the end -- a characteristic of the successful.

With me, or another, find a way to stoke your intellect! You will be proud of yourself and of course, one step closer to all your dreams... and flourishing! [7/14/10]

These articles were written between 2009 and 2012, when I was deep into study of Think and Grow Rich, Universal Laws and Principles, added to over a Decade in leadership development and awareness training and coaching.
