When the bakery was a small production unit, the flour transferred to it from the mills to the production units inside sack whether paper or jute or industrial fibers of multiple weights between 25 to 50 to 100 kg

As these method cost some of the thing in addition to exposure to rodents and pollution and loss and humidity as well as storage areas, it was necessary to search for another method to reduce costs and avoid the dangers and with the development and magnitude of bakery equipment and the large amounts of flour used daily

The research resulted in a modern method that develops this process and reduces the production costs and avoid the dangers of pollution and rodents. The transport system in vehicles or stationary tanks with flour was so easy that it can be transported to flour silos in the bakery called bulk flour and the benefits were as follows;

1 - reduce the cost of the transfer of one unit, for example 100 K flour because of the absence of fees and the cost of this, in addition to dispensing with labor loading and unloading

2 - Significant improvement in cleanliness within the bakery dust flour

3 - accuracy in the storage process of exchange and inside the documentary stor

4 - Reduce the cost of investment to reduce space

Raw materials are generally placed under solid and liquid sections

Therefore, the equipment used is designed with the following consideration

1-Easy cleaning and disinfection

2. Raw materials used shall be non-abrasive, non-toxic or corrosive

3 - The raw materials shall be of materials that have no color, taste or odor in the unwanted materials

4 - Be manufactured from materials to help the speed of damage to the materials transferred

5. The system shall be equipped with a ground connection to the parts in which the powdered material is used

6. Easy sampling of stored materials

7. Economic price

8. Easy maintenance and operation

9. Do not require special skill for responsible employment

* Negative pressure system

* Positive pressure system

The system combines the two

Basic air transport If the air current of the carrier under pressure is higher than the air pressure so that the air is pushed through the conveyor tubes at a pressure of 10-11 bar and is called positive pressure and air volume is transferred to not less than 100 cubic feet per minute

* The negative pressure, the system of discharge is under low pressure and less pressure air

And here must be bakeries who use this type of transport equipped with the following; -

1-car equipped for transport and unloading of bulk flour

2 - Receiving equipment from Silo to store the quantities received and be sufficient number according to the quantities of production used

* sifter processing from the bulk car to silo as well as from the silos to the mixer

* Filters to prevent leakage of any flour outside the silo

Usually transportation is through aluminum pipes, plastic or stainless steel, and the need to connect the ground to prevent any explosions resulting from( static) electricity shipments

With ease of maintenance
