Florence Randari's Podcast and Webinar Appearances

My work in development is personal. My life experiences, coupled with a sense of skepticism and curiosity, shape how I approach my work.

I began my career in development as a monitoring and evaluation intern after graduating with a degree in Economics. Although I had taken some classes on development economics, I was yet to discover the world of development and everything it had in store for me.

In August 2023, I intentionally decided to share my journey publicly on LinkedIn. I founded the Learn Adapt Manage Initiative, The Learn Adapt Manage (LAM) Network , and the Learn Adapt Manage Newsletter. I wanted to find a community of people with whom I could continue learning.

So far, the journey has been fulfilling. My beliefs and ways of doing things have been significantly challenged, and I continue to learn new things with every interaction.

As I look back at my journey and plan for the future, I have compiled a list of publicly available podcasts and webinar appearances where I have shared my experiences and work, either as a guest speaker or a panelist. The list will be regularly updated.

List of Podcasts and Webinars

  1. Developing a Culture of Learning for Improved Program Impact

2. Building and Sustaining a Learning Culture

3. How to Have a Successful Career in M&E

4. Learning How to Learn

5. Applying Adaptive Management to Livelihoods in Emergencies
