Floating bird

Wildlife has a special emotional life attached to it. I recently realized this because of a humming bird. If you’ve ever paid enough attention to the environment, you’ll notice things. You’ll see a ladybug spread its wings in pride. You’ll notice how it does that fast as if provoked. If you zoom, there’s beauty in it because its bold. It jets out its elytra ready to fly but just before it does, a humming bird will spot it. Any movements sensed amidst the busy natural state will obviously result to a form of distraction for birds and for any normal creature. A humming bird will therefore confirm its senses then clarify the presence of a bug. A lady bug. That means there is potential for a feast so it has to plan a move to attack. It has to do this as it backpedals. It’s a bird that sucks on air. It floats. In fact it’s the only exquisite bird that is small with a very narrow beak that sucks nectar as it floats on air. A tiny little bird with feathers of innocence and eyes that define ‘small and smart’.

The humming bird will backpedal and head for its strike. It’s a fast bird. It doesn’t need to fetch weapons to strike. The ladybug will come to senses that its under attack. It will spread its wings more.- A membrane of red wings with dark spots. It will try to flee. Survival for the fittest. It will fly for its dear life to zero avails. Its too slow for a fast bird because a humming bird will strike it on air. It will feed as it floats then head for another flower to suck nectar from. From such an experience that happens within a short span of time, you can tell wildlife has emotions attached to it. Its one experience that is so amazing to behold.
