It has been a tumultuous couple of weeks. We were still loving our two cats, Mira and Kara. Mira made us compete in cat balancing contests.


We enjoyed one last outing on Halloween before we wrapped up our house sit in Lohr am Main.

We visited the “Spitalkirche” (hospital church) of Saint Jakobus in Karlstadt, only half an hour east of where we were staying. It was built in the 15th century and is now a protected architectural monument.
