Flipped classroom videos in today's online education times

With all classes being held online, it becomes necessary to provide as many learning tools as possible to students. Students are adept with technology, and prefer audio visual mode of learning. Textbooks with audio features, embedded videos, and application oriented assignments are becoming the norm.
When we flip our classrooms, many teachers have found use of short videos followed by a quiz at the beginning of the class very effective.
For my undergraduate finance class, I made some videos that I use both for flipping the class, and to enrich learning during the class. This is relevant moreso, in today's online education environment. Here are the latest two videos that I made.
