You have probably heard how your network is your networth and this is true, especially on LinkedIn.

This approach helps you channel your energy to the actions that will bring you the most results similar to the Pareto Principle.

With this approach for instance, rather than sending out cold messages to all your connections, you sit back and identify a network of people who are thought leaders and have the capacity to influence others in a field you are interested in.

Next, you connect and add value to these group of people by either leaving thoughtful comments under their posts or going further as meeting them in an event where they are to speak and introducing yourself by highlighting what you gained from their session.
