Flow measurements on the water circuits
Striving to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030, and to zero by 2050, Toagosei Singapore Pte Ltd was looking for ways to continually monitor the energy efficiency of the heat exchangers on their distillation columns. Flow measurements on the water circuits are needed for this task.
Producing acrylic ester and acrylic polymer, with a production capacity of 82,000 tons per year, Toagosei serves the Singapore market, as well as exporting to Asian, European and US customers.
Because retrofitting of the measurement technology needed to be carried out without disturbing production, #FLEXIM’s non-invasive flow measurement was the obvious solution.

1 年Coming from an operations background having more FLEXIM meters in the previous plants I’ve worked in would have saved a lot of time and money! Not only time and money but not having to lock out and clear lines of hazardous fluids would have been a huge bonus too as an operator!
