Flexible working hours for working mothers. All the organizations/companies should keep and give special consideration to new moms. After they resume from their maternity leaves they should be given flexible working hours so that she could focus on her new born baby and her work both simultaneously. This motivates new mothers to focus on their personal and work life.
Some of them has this debate that women talk about equality and want special consideration. This is because they are giving birth to 1 new whole life and we should take care of them, when they are really in need. We must make her feel special when she returns from maternity leave and not putting all the pending work on their head.
When a working mother will be given flexible working hours, she will give results more than 100%. Her outcome and approach towards work will be positive. Because if a working mother is working full 08 or 10 or 12 hours straight her mind and heart will always be busy thinking about her child and she will be failing in fulfilling her job responsibilities which will led to demotivation and thought of resigning from work in sake of taking care of her children. And this will major drawback for herself for sacrificing her career and also its a company will have to suffer the loss of such an ambitious employee, who might has achieved success and helped in company to grow.
