We also keep a close eye on essential fluid levels and replace air filters, spark plugs, belts, and hoses as needed. In essence, we cover everything recommended by the vehicle manufacturer and industry standards to keep your car in tip-top condition.

2. Repair Cost Covered, Even Engine Replacement

Accidents happen, and when they do, you can rely on Fleetsimplify to have your back. We take responsibility for covering all repair costs resulting from regular ride-hailing operations or damages caused by the assigned driver during the Agreement’s term. This comprehensive coverage extends to mechanical repairs due to engine failure, transmission issues, electrical system faults, brake system repairs, and even engine replacement. Yes, you read that right — even engine replacement is included in our commitment to you.

3. Wear and Tear Coverage

Day-to-day use can take its toll on your vehicle, but Fleetsimplify ensures you’re covered. Our agreement includes covering the costs of repairs and replacements necessary due to normal wear and tear from the operation of the vehicle for ride-hailing services and other uses. So, what’s included in this wear and tear coverage?

• Tires: When your tires wear out, we’re there to replace them.
• Brake Pads and Discs: Worn-out brakes? No problem, we’ll take care of it.
• Suspension Components: Shocks and struts showing signs of wear? We’ll handle the repairs.
• Interior Components: Worn-out seat covers, mats, and other passenger-used surfaces are on our list.
• Wiper Blades: We replace them when they’re past their prime.
• Bulbs: Burnt-out bulbs in headlights, taillights, or interior lighting are covered.
• Batteries: If your battery fails, we’ll get you back on the road.
• Power Window Motors: If they stop working, we’ll repair or replace them.
