Fleet Team Breaks Ground at Global Headquarters

Fleet Team Inc. broke ground on its new global headquarters at 5025 E Royalton, Broadview Heights, Ohio, during a groundbreaking ceremony on November 19, 2024. The groundbreaking ceremony signaled the official start of construction for the Global Headquarters in Broadview Heights. Once built, the new building will hold approximately 146 employees, retaining and attracting top talent in Northeast Ohio in a modern workspace—collaborative office spaces and outdoor community spaces such as a patio and nature paths in partnership with Cleveland Metroparks.

Construction is expected to be done later this year.

The Smart 50 Awards recognize?the top executives of the 50 smartest companies in Northeast Ohio for their ability to effectively build and lead successful organizations.

Employee Updates

We are excited to welcome some new faces to the team in the new year, as well as congratulate

• Robby Hagan, VP of Client Experience. Robby brings over 15 years of leadership experience in client relations, sales, and team development. In this role, Robby will be working with our Client Experience team, working with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful relationships across the board.
• Stephen Mathews, CPIM, MBA, Supplier Relations Manager. In this new role, he will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met while collaborating with internal teams, key suppliers, and clients.
• Corrie Axe - Pendergrass has been promoted to Manager of Client Experience. In this role, Corrie will oversee day-to-day operations within the Client Experience team, managing both the account management processes and internal team development. Corrie will ensure the department continues to meet its client service and operational goals.
• Kyle Grabowski has been promoted to Senior Account Manager, Lead. In this role, Kyle will oversee the Account Support Managers and Account Coordinators while continuing to manage his client account responsibilities.
• Brittany Hartman has been promoted to Account Manager. Brittany will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, and driving satisfaction across her portfolio. She will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that client needs are met, and expectations exceeded.
• Damian Dziubek has been promoted to Senior Fleet Analyst. Damian will take on greater responsibilities, including leading key projects, supporting the development of team members, and continuing to drive impactful Insights for our most complex accounts.
• Freyja Vanoy is our new Client Experience Project Coordinator. In this role, Freyja will manage cross-functional projects, enhance process workflows, and support strategic initiatives. She will report to Laura Gnoddie, Director of Fleet Analytics.
