Flawless execution does not just happen. It takes more than luck to realize and replicate.
Whether as personal or organizational level, you need to be intentional in your strategic intent underpinned by disciplined delivery and dedicated focus.
The following steps (as a minimum) comes to mind with regards to achieving flawless execution -

? Allocate Resources Wisely
? Communicate Effectively
? Manage Risks & Monitor Progress
? Seek Feedback & Continuous Improvement
? Celebrate Milestones & Adapt to Changes

5 个月I have to say this, I really feel like this post speaks so much to me. Thank you for putting this out, sir. I love the manner at which you spelt out the importance of execution and how much it plays in the journey to success. The fact that through your nuggets you made it obvious that there is a distinct between having great idea and executing. Also the fact that even though the process of execution might have rough edges, it is way better than not executing at all. I guess it is safe to say that, the act of execution needs to take place for growth and development to really reveal themselves in any idea or project.
