Anguilla, March 11 - April 8th

I am personally inviting you to come travel with me to the amazing?Malliouhana ?of Auberge Resorts Collection on the beautiful island of?Anguilla. This is a new residency I’m partaking in and as you may know the last time I did one, it was epic. If you’re wondering what I will be doing there, here’s a few great highlights. In the main restaurant Celeste, I will have 7 delicious items, some you may have had in the past as well as some exciting new things I cannot wait to share. Locally caught cornmeal crusted fish, Suya spiced Ribeye, the famous collard green salad, and local seafood Peri Peri salad that I can’t wait to make. Other amazing events are a beach party where there will be yakitori style roti rolls and the famous oxtail dumplings -?you heard it, oxtail dumplings on the beach with the uptown curry. I will be going fishing with some local fisherman to make ceviche beachside with you. Following we are off to a Soulful brunch including Citrus brine fried chicken, spiced Watermelon and a little bit of BBQ grits. I will be teaming up with some local talent to bring the island music vibes to compliment my dishes. I’m hopeful you can come join and hang with me through this residency, it’s been so long and this partnership means a lot.??
