Fixed Wireless Access, VR Gaming, & CES | Connections February 2023
What a MONTH January was. We rang in the New Year and starting things off with a?mega-event CES 2023?in Las Vegas, Nevada. The booth was brimming with guests and visitors from all over the world. Our Leaders were interviewed, we held partner meetings, sat with media and that all happened in the first few days of the month.
Immediately following CES, Airgain’s Sales & Marketing teams from all over the globe met up in Temecula, CA at the resplendent Ponte Winery & Resort for our annual Sales Conference. We heard from CEO Jacob Suen , Chief Revenue Officer Morad Sbahi as well as presentations from both the Sales and Marketing teams giving us a good feel for all the soon-to-be released products and solutions as well as the opportunity to refine the strategies built around their introductions and beyond.

"The Juan That Got Away" - Airgain's Intrepid Adventurer
Life on the road can be hard sometimes, especially when you've been gone for almost a month and a half and can't remember if you locked the door when you left. Airgain's Juan Ignacio Nicola Mon left his cozy lifestyle behind in Valencia, Spain to travel home and visit family in Argentina, just in time to celebrate their national "football" team winning the #worldcup2022 and celebrate Christmas.
From there, it was a whirlwind of trade shows, partner marketing events, sales conferences, and ultimately sitting in a hut on a frozen lake in Minnesota waiting for the fish to bite. He claims he almost landed the biggest fish at the event, but somehow that gilled monster managed to break his hook in half and swam off with its newfound fashion accessory.
After an epic trip like that, it's comforting to finally make it home to a mailbox full of bills, and more dirty laundry than any bachelor should be subjected to. Now it's time to iron the ole Airgain Socks (yes, we really have Airgain socks with our logo on them, visit us at a trade show sometime to get your own pair!), and pack the bags again as Juan prepares for Round 2 at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. Save your receipts pal, because those expense reports are gonna be a doozy!
