Good news if you are trying to figure out how to start your own business and don't want to use your retirement account. There are some new updates to the fixed rate SBA loan programs that I'm aware of and can make an introduction if that would be helpful.

Areas in Blue Minimum $100,000 loan amount

  • If loan is under $350,000 bank not looking to take personal collateral
  • Minimum FICO 650. NO BANKRUPTCIES
  • Start‐up 1st location – 25% cash injection
  • Existing profitable franchisee expanding opening additional locations – 15% cash injection
  • Resales – 15% cash injection
  • Rates will range from 7.0% ‐ 8.0%

Minimum $450,000 loan amount

  • Minimum FICO score 680. NO BANKRUPTCIES
  • Start‐up 1st location – 20% cash injection
  • Existing profitable franchisee expanding opening additional locations – 10% cash injection
  • Resales – 10% - 15% cash injection
  • Rates will range from 6.75 – 7.50%
