You ever heard the saying "you are what you eat?"?

Thats a LIE

I like to say "you are are what your body can absorb"?

You can hit your calories daily, but if you cannot digest anything, you will struggle to see much progression with your training and body

These days I come across more people with stomach issues and bloatedness than ever before

You know why? We are eating more processed food than every before

How much of your foods come from single ingredient whole foods? Foods your body was design to consume without chemical intervention, and slapped with 100s of preservatives?

If you are gassy and bloated trust me - you need to evaluate this?

What you EAT matters just as much as calories and macros?

I am a bit of a hypocrite here - but you cannot just eat WHATEVER you want to get in shape - dont get me wrong you need your calories on point?

but try getting in shape just eating Dominos pizza and KFC everyday, your gut will hate you?
