FIVEWATERS OR WAS THE LEGISLATION THREE WATERS?

So much has been made in the media, the government media, about Three Waters.? I was aware there had been an addition, Coastal, and Geothermal, to the already contentious Drinking water, Wastewater, and Stormwater.

My question is, we know that through stealth, deception, cunning, and arrogance, this government led by Adhern, presided over by Limpkis and Bothersome, and conducted by Ooops family Huta tried to entrench this legislation. This has received some clear legal advice that, no, this cannot happen.? Even the good publicly funded media who rely on their cash flow from this government gave it some airtime, finally.

How many people know that the coastal and geothermal items were inserted late in the process without consultation? Adhern even suggests that the five waters are, in fact, three.? She suggested she would focus on the economy next year, unsure what to make of that; she has done more than enough already.

When Helen Clark came up against iwis issues regarding the Foreshore and Seabed controversy, she dealt with it.? Now we have a new wedge masquerading as an infrastructure upgrade of critical importance.? Co-governance with IWI having compulsory rights at the table to preside over our drinking water, oh hang on, does anyone remember the CUSTOMARY FORESHORE AND SEABED DEBACLE.? What a piece of cunning.? Misdirection, amongst other things, seems to be the hallmark of this MOST TRANSPARENT GOVERNMENT EVER!!? Will kiwis now have to pay to gather shellfish, lie on the beach, or even sail on the inner harbor?
