Five Years Rogue

Five years. Half a decade. An eternity in start-up years.

And yet, here we are.

When I kicked this business off, I was just starting to date my now-husband. Now, two kids later, here we are. It's been a journey…a journey of ups, downs, sideways, and all the in-betweens.

Rogue and my family have grown up together, changing and adapting in stride. We’ve seen it all: legal threats, pandemics, baby diapers, and many sleepless nights. Yet, Rogue has proven to be the solid rock, standing firm through every storm and celebration. Juggling diapers and business deals is no easy feat, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

So, two kids in 17 months? It's not for the faint-hearted, I can tell you that! But you know what? I took it as a challenge and it has been an incredible ride. Every day, motherhood teaches me patience, resilience, and the true meaning of multitasking.

Being a mom and a business leader has had me stretch in ways I couldn't have imagined before. But you know what's been the real game-changer? The way motherhood has shifted my perspective on what really matters. Yes, I still strive for Rogue to be the best in the business. But now, I look at everything through a lens of gratitude. I appreciate every moment, every challenge, every success more deeply. Life is really good these days.

Last year, we hit the pause button a bit. I had a very difficult first half of the pregnancy and we had to make sure our home base was strong and steady. Yeah, it impacted Rogue, but that's okay. Because the strength of our families is the strength of our business. We're about harmony, not chaos.

Now, it's game time. We're strapping on our boots, ready to leap ahead into this next year. We're not just planning to grow; we're planning to thrive. New partnerships, a stronger team - we're investing in the best. But we're doing it while keeping our sanity and family life in check.

Here's to year six – a year of stomping on the gas while keeping our eyes on what truly matters. Our families, our sanity, and a business that evolves with us, not against us. Let's do this! #gorogue
