Are you looking to get the most out of your performance at work on a daily basis? Want to take your output to a whole new level? These are the five most valuable tips in order to help you perform your best at work.
To improve your performance you first have to focus on your morale
It is important to realize that there is a positive correlation between your morale and your performance. In order to perform at work, you need to feel good both at work as well as and outside of work. All the energy, vibration and emotion that you utilize with your “free will” should be directed towards making the connection to feeling good. How do we manage negativity at work and at home? One way is to compartmentalize your feelings. Although, the best way is to simply take a positive perspective with gratitude, empathy, accountability, and effective communication. Ask yourself, what is your macro-mission? What makes you happy? We want our employees to enjoy their lives so that they hustle to work as well as hustle home.
Use effective habits to improve morale
Habits are much more than just the desire to feel good and perform well. Effective habits are the combination of skills, knowledge, and desire. We need to know the skills that it takes to feel good and to perform well. We need to have the knowledge, as well as the desire, to make sure that we are performing at our maximum efficiency, effectiveness while being statistically successful. We create these systems with the Power of 64 where we are twice as efficient, twice as effective, and twice as statistically successful. This gives us eight times or 64 hours of productivity or performance in an eight-hour day.
Constantly connect to what inspires you
Our “free will” should be directed at achievement or to overcoming obstacles, voids, shortages, or desires. It is absolutely crucial to utilize our “free will” to connect with what inspires us. Make sure that we do what's important first. After that, we then determine what's urgent. We know that we must find a balance between our personal values, experiential values, giving values, and receiving values. This will keep us connected to what inspires us.
Defeat negativity through training our brain with “cancel”, “clear”, and “connect”
We must “cancel” all negative thoughts from our conscious mind. If our subconscious is attracting more conscious negative thoughts, we must “clear” our entire mind of all thoughts. If those negative ideas or attacking thoughts keep coming back to us in both our subconscious and conscious we must “connect” to what inspires us. This is necessary in order to shift our energy so that our unconscious energy changes. A clear mind is valuable because it enables us to have the optimal performance in what we do.
Live in accountability
Liberate yourself and increase your performance by separating yourself from the outcome. Make sure that you know that there is no blame, shame, or justification for your performance. Realize that your performance is because you have attracted all these lessons, these successive events into your life. There is no secret other than you are accountable for all the great performances as well as the performances that need improvement. When we are accountable we liberate ourselves by taking complete control of our journey.
With these five most valuable tips, we are able to to not only improve our performance as well as our morale!
