This brief visualization can bring a sense of calm and clarity to your busy day. ???
  5. Gratitude Practice: Shifting Your Mindset with Appreciation: Shift your perspective by focusing on what you're grateful for. Take a moment to jot down three things you appreciate, whether it's a supportive coworker, a moment of laughter or the opportunity to learn and grow. Practicing gratitude can shift your mood and reduce stress levels. ??
