A Five-Star Example Of The Golden Rule

Completing our visit within the innkeeping and tourism community of the Jackson area in Wyoming, we got to see firsthand the thoughtful and super-professionally managed Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole. The Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel is run by the charismatic and team-loved Michael Mestraud, general manager, along with Igor Morosowski, director of rooms.
The timing was indeed fortunate, as while there I was invited to attend the affectionate and playful sendoff party for Michael, who has been appointed to run the successful Five-Star Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo.
It's indeed praiseworthy that a company with 100-plus (and growing) hotels and resorts globally can instill and maintain such a high level of personalized service and experience while constantly cultivating one of the finest staff cultures in all of hospitality.
Its founder, the timelessly elegant and inspirational Isadore Sharp, attributes this to the relentless commitment of the Golden Rule. Dignity, respect, recognition and self-esteem are major components of Four Seasons’ legendary and admired culture.
They have earned all our respect and admiration.
Congratulations to Michael on this new appointment, and we send our gratitude to the wonderful Four Seasons Jackson Hole team for its warmth and hospitality.
