If there is one thing that is most important in a hectic world, it is time. Everyone in this world has as much time as the famous billionaire Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Warren Buffett have.
It is said that when these people started their journey, they had to do all the work themselves. Whether it is business or their own. Then they managed themselves and made their places in the world.
The most important thing among them was that they used their time properly. And in the 24 hours of their day, all the necessary things were completed.
Today we will talk about this thing and know how all these people used to complete everything on time and how every work was their best. And at the same time, we will know how those people were able to do more work at the same time.
When I started my journey, My life had many things to do at a time. It was a very hard time for me. But, It's the rule of nature that you'll be effective if you face the problem.
Today, I do not have any problems with my own work. I do not need to work hard, instead, I can manage everything effectively and can do multitasking work at a time.
After this article, you'll surely become able to use your time properly and do multitasking work effectively, as billionaires did in their life.
Before proceeding further, there are a few myths I have encountered in life, that do bother you to do multitasking work.
Myth’s about MultiTasking
Myth 1: The human mind can do various work at once
As per the survey, no men and women can do or perform various tasks at once. Neither they can focus on two things at a time.
No one has such power to do all the work at once, because every person, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, geographical location, financial condition, spiritual capability, and mental ability. Because all are Human, after all.
You can watch television and eat food at a time, but you may focus on only one work at a time. Such as, you either focus on watching television or you can focus on eating food.
Myth 2: Multitasking work needs high intelligence & ability
Multitasking is nothing but doing work.
If you can ride a bicycle and can listen to music, you can do various things at once. If you can walk with friends and talk with friends at a time, you can do various things at once.
So as multitasking doesn't need intelligence and the highest ability.
Myth 3: Multitasking work needs the highest efforts in place.
Imagine that, you are on a date with your beautiful partner. You both are taking candlelight dinner and talking about various subjects. Then, have you ever felt that you're doing a lot more effort?
Absolutely not.
Multitasking is such a thing that, you'll never feel pain, you'll not feel the efforts you're doing, the hard work you're doing, and how much you are tired. Instead, you'll love doing it.
Myth 4: Multitasking is a born capacity of a person
I really have not seen any person who is having special born-ability, as such. But I’ve seen many who developed it later.
Multitasking is not a born ability, it's the ability we developed later in our life.
You were not talking in the womb of your mother, neither did I, we all started talking after we get born.
Now, we’re done with Myth, I know only these myths up to this date. You can add other myths if you know, just comment below.
Let’s start with the main core of multitasking work.
Core of MultiTasking
MultiTasking is extremely easy to do if you follow the process.
Every success, including the success of doing various tasks at once, is available just after the process.
The process is only a single thing, that can give you everything you need. But, people are looking for shortcuts, so they are failing.
First: Multitasking is a habit of doing things without being focused
Take an example again of watching television while eating food.
What we do in it is, we save our time by doing two things, we do our work of eating food, and yet we fulfill our interests by watching television. And by the way, we did not need to stay focused on what we were eating.
So as the same rule applies to multitasking work.
When we need to do 2 work together, we first need to understand how their process is going.
For example, when we drive the card, we know that all we have to focus on is the road, not the clutch, brake, and accelerator. Yes, they are important to drive the car, but, we have a habit of working with it, and we know, how their process is.
To do multitasking work, all we have to do is, understand how work starts and how it proceeds.
When we understand that process, either we can make a habit of doing it, or we can delegate it to another man or machinery.
Second: Multitasking is a habit of changing the mind's attention whenever required for the task
When we are driving a car, if we get any problem, we automatically change our mind to press the brake. Or, if we're walking in a park while listening to music, and if we want to change the song, we focus on the music player to change it.

So as multitasking, work needs a habit of changing mind attention whenever our attention is required for some other tasks.
We can do it easily if we know, when and how one task will need our attention.
For example, if we're riding a bicycle toward the bakery shop, we can focus on listening to music while riding a bicycle. But when we come to the bakery shop, we can stop the music and stop riding a bicycle and enter the bakery shop.
Therefore, to do multitasking work, first understand when you've to pay attention to the task, and then you can change your attention to some other task.
This way, you can do various things at a time, and you can be more productive in your work.
As you can see, Multitasking work is equal to the habit of doing things without being alerted.
Our mind is wonderfully designed to manage everything, but only one at a time. Our brain is designed to do various things at a time, but only when we have a habit of it.
To make the habit of doing things and doing various works at once, you've to understand the basic things listed below,
Once you understand the above basic things, you'll do two things at a time.
For example,
Work A needs attention for the X time, after that, you can wait for Y time until the next attention. You can then start your work B, which needs Y time attention.
For example again, while riding a bicycle, you can listen to 5 minutes of music, after 5 minutes of music, you can stop riding a bicycle and play another piece of music and can ride your bicycle for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Now we're done with the core of multitasking, from here, we'll discuss the core mindset we need for multitasking
Core Mindset for Multitasking
First: Multitasking is nothing but using the Natural clock of the body
Have you ever experienced that, when you woke up daily at 7 AM with an Alarm, after a few days, you didn’t need an alarm to wake up, sharp at 7 AM?
I bet you did experience it.
When we do things regularly for 7 days at a fixed time, our body becomes habitable to it, and the mind produces a fixed schedule to perform the task.
This way, we automatically become able to wake up without an alarm. We automatically get alert of hunger when there is time to take food.
When you became able to do your work naturally, your body will become habitable to it, and you'll automatically do your work more naturally than ever.
Therefore, you'll find it's difficult to do various things at once in the beginning, but after 7 days of work progress, you'll become habitable to it.
First, do 2 things at once, and then make progress in it. Do not ever try to take the load. Do progress slowly.
Second: Keep clear vision before you
Doing multitasking work, you've to understand, what you want to achieve.
Keeping your goals ahead of you will allow you to perform only the required task at a given time.
Keep your goals, and your important task, in priority. Let short work for free time or delegate it. Do not ever waste time on things, which are small, easy, and non-important. Instead, delegate all tasks to man or machinery.
Aligned all your task according to what you want to achieve. Focus on only important things that produce the highest results.
Research shows, that 95% of people on this earth waste 80% of their time doing 20% of work. Hence, they produce only 20% or fewer results.
So be sure to have your task according to your goals and target. Filter them according to important, most important, and easy works.
Third: Multitasking is the management of time and oneself effectively
In the end, it's nothing but managing time for more progressive work. Along with it, it's the management of oneself, for doing multitasking.
Use time wisely for important things and set your directions that follow the goals, and you'll become able to multitask at once.
There are two books I can suggest you purchase for this type of management.
For time management, read the "Time Management" book written by Doctor Sudhir Dikshit. It's filled with 30 basic principles to manage your time more easily, effectively, and naturally.
For self-management, read "The Psychology of Prosperity" a book written by Aakash Waghmare. It's filled with 10 basic principles to manage a man and mindset.
