Five Rules to Achieve Higher Levels of Success as an Entrepreneur
Rule #1: Focus Less on ‘What’ You Do and More on WHO You Are: You will earn significantly more income from who you are, than what you do. With the right brand/marketing you’ll go from constantly pursuing new clients to having new clients pursue you.
Rule #2: Head Trash Stinks: If you don’t stop the negative self-talk, the little voice in your head warning you not to risk and to instead embrace ‘slow and steady’ endless deliberation before acting, you’ll be doomed to a business of slow to no growth. Take out the trash, speed up your journey.
Rule #3: Microwave Mentality: Sure, you can cook a full dinner in 3.5 minutes. However, this ‘want it now’ mentality does not work when building a Dream Business. Successful businesses are built on powerful and profitable relationships and you cannot microwave trust. Do the work, create more powerful relationships and build trust - it will pay off.
Rule #4: Stop Asking “Just” Questions: When you ask questions that start with, “Can I just?” or another version, “What ONE thing should I do? These types of questions are telling your mind that there’s an easy way that does not require doing the hard work. Building a Dream Business is not a la carte - Success means going “all in.”
Rule #5: Leapfrog: There’s no rule that says you must hit $50K in sales before earning $100K, $250K or $1M. You don’t anyone’s permission to immediately create a six or 7 figure business. You just need the plan, some courage and a good business coach.
