FIVE NEW EMPLOYEES JOIN THE PEOPLE WHO THINK TEAM
MANDEVILLE, La. (March 12, 2024) – The People Who Think agency, which encompasses four specialized branches: Innovative Advertising, Innovative Politics, Fridge, and Cadence Post, is excited to have five new team members join us. They bring a variety of talents in areas like project management, video editing, production management, marketing strategy and event planning.

MEET THE NEW HIRES
Meredith Landry – Account Supervisor
Meredith has a rich history in the marketing and advertising industry. Her career began as an intern at Innovative Advertising, where she quickly demonstrated her capabilities and rose to Account Coordinator and, eventually, Account Leader from 2012 to 2019. Meredith then broadened her experience at Red Six Media in Baton Rouge, starting as an Account Manager and earning a promotion to Senior Account Manager during her five-year tenure before returning to Innovative Advertising in her current supervisory role. Outside the office, she cherishes time with her husband and toddler, enjoys snuggling with her Airedale terrier, and is an avid traveler. She is also a thimble collector, a hobby inherited from her late grandmother, boasting over 200 thimbles from around the world.
Joe Caldwell – Political Account Coordinator
Joe brings a versatile background from a blend of research, development, and administrative roles, spanning from a Business Development and Researcher contract in DC to internships at the Blanco Public Policy Center and Citizens Climate Lobby, capped off with a solid two-year tenure as a Runner and File Clerk at Gibson Law Partners. His proficiency shines in attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork for Innovative Politics. Beyond his professional life, Joe is a proud cat dad to a 1-year-old blue-point Siamese and embraces the outdoors as an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener.

Luke Bullock – Political & Government Affairs
Luke brings a remarkable blend of strategic leadership and operational expertise to the Innovative Politics team, backed by an extensive background in high-level government and political roles, including positions such as Presidential Advance Lead and Deputy Director of Operations for the Republican National Convention. With skills honed in executive management across both governmental and private sectors, Luke excels in building relationships, creative event planning, and understanding the intricate dynamics of government. At home, he’s a family man navigating the adventures of parenting his two young children, undertaking home renovation projects, and playing with the beloved family dog, Timber.
Kimaree Long – Post Production Supervisor
Kimaree Long has two decades of rich experience in the production industry, spanning assistant editing and audio post production. In her role at People Who Think, she is tasked with managing and organizing all facets of post production for all of the agency’s divisions (Innovative Advertising, Innovative Politics, Fridge and Cadence). For Kimaree, supervising the post production process includes ensuring projects are completed on time and consistently exceeding client expectations. Kimaree's diverse background includes ten years in editing for television and feature films, with work for Roku Originals, The CW Network, and CBS, as well as a decade in audio post production, contributing to acclaimed projects like the 'Bourne' franchise, 'The Sopranos,' and 'Almost Famous.' Kimaree loves reading, yoga, old maps, and spending time with her kids.
Dave Dixon – Video Editor and Colorist
With a specialty in commercials and short-form video content, Dave Dixon excels in creating narratives that are not just compelling but also enhance the viewing experience. Bringing valuable experience from his time at IBM iX and a seven-year tenure as a video editor and colorist at Adventure Design, Dave has a proven track record of elevating projects through expert editing and color grading. In his role as Video Editor and Colorist, Dave will be lending his talent to all of the agency’s divisions (Innovative Advertising, Innovative Politics, Fridge and Cadence). Dave considers himself an espresso enthusiast, firmly believes a healthy body starts with a healthy mind, and is a low-key Darth Maul fan.
