Five Leadership Keys to Massive Success

These are keys that I personally have and continue to journey through!
#1. Give ourselves permission to be awkward at times
(I've even come to realize that if I'm not feeling a bit awkward and uncomfortable on a weekly or even daily basis at some things...then, I'm not stretching enough).
#2. Embrace the overall goal of BE’ing Perfectly imperfect
(Once we realize that the old, ingrained conditioning of striving for perfection sets up for guilt, comparison and potentially failure. We can then realize the truth and give ourselves permission to be authentic and real. This step is incredibly liberating!)
#3. Realize that every Master was once, and often is, a Disaster!
(The comparison game is one that can never be won. Let's be very wary of comparing our chapter 1 or 2, to someone else's chapter 12! Everyone, including our mentors & gurus, have challenges that we all deal with. On a daily basis.)
#4. Grow & expand our ability and capacity to receive wealth
(I personally had to quite a bit of work I had to do, in order to increase the wealth and abundance coming into my life. And, by putting the work in, bit by bit increased my capacity to receive more. Again, all of have a money blueprint of some kind. Question is, are we aware of what it is and are we working on expanding it?)
#5. Step into the Mindset that WE ARE the LEADER
(Every successful Leader that I have met, has questioned their ability to lead at some point. The difference is, those that persevere and achieve their goals, continue to step through their doubts and uncertainty. They act "in spite of", versus holding back "because of" these doubts. That's my favorite definition of courage!
REMINDER: Successful Leaders are constantly evolving and consistently reinventing themselves. Let's BE the Leader that other Leaders are looking for!
