Leading corporations are already implementing VR and allowing their customers to have 360-degree interactive experiences. According to Statista, the industry as a whole is growing at a fast pace, with the global VR market size projected to increase from less than five billion U.S. dollars in 2021 to more than 12 billion U.S. dollars by 2024.
- Artificial Intelligence and machine learning have made immense changes into marketing as we know it. AI offers precise, real-time analytics and optimizations that can enrich customer’s experience and support. AI and machine learning are the real deal as they not only allow marketers to have more accurate data but also to lead to higher productivity among their users. Another analysis by Research and Markets finds that over 50% of customer queries may be handled by AI-based chatbots. that by 2024 the global AI enabled market will reach $2.2bn.
- Voice marketing taking over - The usage of voice assistants has rapidly grown and there is no doubt that it’ll continue to pave the way towards customers desires. In 2020, there were 4.2 billion digital voice assistants being used in devices around the world. According to Statista, forecasts suggest that by 2024, the number of digital voice assistants will reach 8.4 billion units – a number higher than the world’s population. With that being said, there is no doubt that voice marketing has taken over.
