Five Easy Pieces #1

Fighting my urge to waffle and preamble, here are five things I've learned over the last two weeks:

1. It might not be helpful to think of ourselves as rational people with an accompanying set of biases.

2. There's a place on your team for a polymath.

3. The opposite of distraction is not focus.
