Early in my career, I established a personal leadership framework that still guides me today. Although it has been slightly modified and began as four key attributes I needed to excel at as a leader, it largely remains the same. This framework has been extremely helpful to me as I have engaged and influenced at the senior levels of organizations, mentored and coached others, and pursued my personal mission of making a positive difference in people's lives every day. I share it with you and hope it can be helpful to you on your leadership journey.
