The Five C’s for Effective Leadership During Covid-19
As I continue to communicate with the leaders who I’m currently coaching, it’s encouraging to hear about how they are successfully navigating through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Their strategies for effectiveness have common themes, which can be summed up as The Five C’s:
1. Communication
2. Connectivity
3. Consistency
4. Clear message
5. Convey gratitude
Strategically incorporating The Five C’s can improve your leadership effectiveness. Clear communication is the driver for success. Connectivity keeps everyone on the team “in the game.” Consistency provides stabilization. A clear message provides direction and prioritization. Convey gratitude and thankfulness whenever you can. Your team will love it!
