Five (5) things you should do before 11:59pm of 31st December, 2019

hooo! I want to talk on what's on people's mind right now, the year is coming to the last folds and most people feel tired and can't find the right mix to get back to work to complete the last set goals for the year.

Like the first law of thermodynamics, which states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be transferred from one form to another.

We human beings get tired of applying our energy to do things if we can't be able to apply energy into doing any work, it means there is no energy coming in, or the energy coming in is not enough, so what do we do to get the energy in? here are five tips to get you going before the year turns around.

1 Plan

To plan the next cycles of your activities. You have to renew your commitments, decide what you need to do to get at your long-desired set goals.

2 Recharge

You have to read a lot about the things you want to improve on, reflect at the end of each day to assess the possible progress you have made on personal development. It's getting to the new year and you should really be strong at things you don't have ideas on.

3 Play

There are lots of benefits for bringing play into work, as January is coming by tik tik, to get your mind on fresh ideas, you have to get engage with recreational activities rather than work all through.

4 Doze

To get a flexible work-life balance during this period, and to avoid fatigue along the line, is to have a way you can doze at intervals while you are at work or create rest breaks, daily breaks or weekly rest by having 24 hours off work. It is recommended that you take breaks as they are to protect your health which can help you re-energize for the tasks ahead.

5 Organize

Ha! Organizing is a key component of productivity when you have a lot of garbage views, it distorts your ability to get a grab at maximizing productive time, you can start this by organising your brain, your time, your workspace, your projects and the new year.

Thank you.

Do you know you may not have the energy to work, but you have the energy to party, right? where does the energy to the party come from?
