A new report from Sandsoft has thrown up some interesting stats from the mobile sector. As reported by Pocketgamer.biz, 81% of the mobile game devs surveyed are working on new titles, with 43% claiming that hybrid casual games are the most viable. More industry trends, and this time from Korea. According to Wesley LeBlanc research published by Game Developer, ‘developers at Pearl Abyss, Round8 Studio, Shift Up, and other studios say developers and players in the region want to break out of the free-to-play market’. More games x entertainment crossovers coming courtesy of Amazon, with Deadline reporting that ‘Prime Video orders animated video game anthology series ‘Secret Level’ from ‘Love, Death & Robots’ creator’.
