Fitting in property with a nine to five

I had a question last week from a property starter saying, “how do you fit in property, blogging, teaching (my 9-5), going on holiday, writing a book, listening to podcasts, buying and selling properties, and reading?” 

The easy answer would be that I am a teacher and I get school holidays, granted this is a big bonus of being a teacher. However, it would be naive to think that all these things done on a day by day/ month by month basis hold on until the school holidays. We are all busy people and I must admit at times I don’t manage to juggle it all; some of you might have noticed, I have been posting my blogs a few days late for instance! 

Here are some of the things I have done to help fit in property around my job:
