The level 5 fitter and level 3 turner accreditation exams are divided into theory and practical.

Theory Test

In the theoretical examination room, the candidates sat in a spacious and bright classroom, carefully reviewing each question.

The atmosphere in the examination room was tense and serious, with only the rustling of pens touching the paper and the occasional flipping of pages by the candidates.

Practical Assessment of Fitter

In the practical area of the fifth-level fitter exam, candidates dressed in uniform work clothes, holding various tools, were busy at workbenches.

Sometimes, they bent their heads intently to draw lines; sometimes, they used a vernier caliper to measure the dimensions of the workpiece carefully; and sometimes, they operated the bench drill carefully. Every movement looked so skilled and precise.

Practical Assessment of CNC Lathe Operators

The practical scene of the lathe operator's third-level exam was filled with the roar of the machine in operation. The candidates stood next to the lathe, skillfully operating the machine tool with a focused and determined look.

They carefully reviewed the drawings, carefully checked every size and angle, and set precise parameters on the machine according to the drawings, adjusting the feed rate and depth of cut of the tool to strive to make workpieces with minimal error.

Official certification, enhanced competitiveness

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security authorizes and recognizes the vocational skills level certificate. It can be checked through a nationwide online inquiry system, which is highly authoritative and recognized by employers. The certificate is valid for life and does not require annual inspection.

The vocational skills level certificate can be used to apply for professional title assessment. Holders of the vocational skills level certificate for senior workers and above can apply for professional titles, breaking away from the sole focus on academic qualifications.

In the end, 12 people obtained the title of senior turner, and 15 people obtained the title of junior fitter.

Among them, Ye Yonghao and Xuzhou won the Gold Medal Worker Award, Jiang Xiyang and Dai Wu won the Superior Product Creation Award, and Wang Chenwei and Zhou Bing won the Lean Encouragement Award.
