I am on a mission to teach, train, coach and inspire more female leaders ( from executor to leading) to own their careers, achieve their goals, and live with intentions based on the choice of roles. Personal development is equally important

In my next cohort starting this weekend ( Oct 26 2024 - kick start at 8:30 am est. )

I realized I have a lot of the techniques, tools and experience, and resources that could help other people build a career that they love as well. Now for me, I was really called towards entrepreneurship and agile coaching ,it was something I wanted to do to go build a business but destiny had something else planned.

I realized with the same entrepreneurship mindset I can do my job as well and can be engaged and find my purpose. Perhaps that's not true for everybody, but what I think everybody does want and deserves is the opportunity to have a happy and fulfilling career, and that is what we’re going to talk in this cohort.

And I think that to do that, one of the key pieces and one of the key things to do is to be owning that career. So in this cohort for next 2 months we will talk how you build your journey

Day 1 : Introduction to the Dojo, program and what's in it for building the career in Agile world - choice of your role ( SM, PO, PM, RTE, Agile Coach)

Day 2 : Building your Career Backlog ( Goal, Purpose, Vision , Mission) - What you have and what's needed to build capability

Day 3 : Skill building plan ( Iteration wise goal - weekly small goals to meet the large goals)

Day 4 : Training on the 5 top topics that entire cohort will choose, 2 trainings based on individual needed

Day 5 : Motivation, how to keep going, what are the challenges - Our Goals fail US because we don't have action

Day 6 : Owning your career : Connecting your vision & purpose for the role of your choice ( we will use agile templates) , Plan using SMART or measurable goals ( I will be around to make you accountable and commit to those goals) , Set yourself up for success ( mindset, challenges you face and how you overcome) , Ownership and commitment ( how as a mentor and coach I will make you accountable to take ownership without excuses)

Day 7 : Future or next steps : How to prepare to pivot if things don't work the way you want


Sessions will be on Friday/Sat for 45 min with clear guidelines. I may share recordings but working together is the sole purpose of the cohort. It will be female only group so you can feel safe to share some real professional challenges and how we can help each other truly

How much I need to pay to enroll in Agile Coaching Dojo by Namrata?

Thank you for your interest in joining my Dojo! I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others grow, which is why I DONOT?CHARGE ANY FEES for enrollment. However, I dedicate my weekend’s time to this endeavor, so I kindly ask that you respect the time and effort I invest. Your commitment and active participation are the best ways to show your appreciation. Its around 8-10 hrs each cohort


What is the purpose of Agile Coaching Dojo?

I have established the Agile Coaching Dojo to serve a community eager to learn and grow, especially those who may lack the resources to take their next steps. When there is a strong desire and passion to achieve your goals, the universe often presents opportunities, including mentorship.

I am here to help you navigate your current challenges and identify the best actions to take if you are ready to move forward. Whether you are interested in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach and have some foundational experience, or if you are entirely new to the agile environment. We will meet in a cohort if you are experienced or in the training class to get you started.


What's expected from me?

It is your program. I am just a guiding light. However, I expect you to commit to learning & schedule, active and engaging participation, respect for effort invested by the coach, openness to learning , collaborating with others , preparation for any pre-sessions and assignments and finally courage to share the feedback to help me in improving .

It will be an enriching experience around the practical role - as team member, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach that you want to dig deep based on the personal experience of last 2 decades I have.

I am aligned to my purpose of Love, Serve and Feed with running these cohorts to make a small difference I can make in agile world as an enabler. I have my small agile coaching dojo land. May the universe align our vibe and energy if its really meant to be so if you have missed there will be next time. There may be some days when our path will cross again.
