Don't be fooled into thinking this is easy because it doesn't involve any weights and will only take 15 minutes.?

Working out is NOT something you do for 12 days because you're following this challenge.?
Being healthy is NOT something you just do in January because you feel rubbish after eating and drinking excessively in December.?
Exercise and eating healthy is NOT something you stop when you've reached your target weight.?
Losing body fat and building a stronger, leaner body is NOT something you do a month before your holiday so you don't feel embarrassed in your swimwear on the beach.?
And it’s NOT acceptable to NOT take care of your body and health in the other 10 months of the year.?
Health and fitness is a lifestyle.?
