As the name suggests, this fitness assessment tests the maximal weight an individual can lift for only one repetition with correct technique. ?

3. Muscular Endurance Assessments

Muscular endurance is the ability of your muscles to perform exercises over a period of time. Muscular endurance is often measured by the number of repetitions or the amount of time you can exercise a particular muscle group without needing to stop and rest. Tests for muscular endurance include push-up assessments, sit-ups, and squat tests.

4. Flexibility Assessments

Flexibility assessments are used to measure a person’s range of motion. Measuring the flexibility of your client is important because it helps the fitness trainer understand a person’s mobility and the risk factor for injury.
