Farhana's Brainstation has arranged the 8th episode of the LinkedIn live program, "LinkedIn Person Hour," on June 20 at 9 PM. The main topic was "Fitness for 9 to 5 corporates". The special guest of the program was Minhaz Remo, CSTS. He is the founder and performance coach of Functional Performance and Titans Academy. He is also a certified sports nutrition coach with ISSA.

The live program was hosted by Khan Farhana, the founder of Farhana's Brainstation. She is also an ICT innovation officer for UNDP. The live program's goal was to bring together performance and fitness experts with corporate and other professional audiences. Minhaz Remo provided numerous solutions to corporate fitness issues.

?In the program, Minhaz Remo said that fitness activities should be considered according to the ability of tolerance. One shouldn't follow the other's diet because diet routines and exercise vary from person to person. He also added that corporations should maintain working efficiency so that the corporates can get enough time to take care of their health.

Even HR officers should be trained regarding working efficiency and corporate fitness. Besides, audiences got some daily life tips to follow for fitness, such as having enough food during lunch break, walking for at least 30 minutes a day, etc.?The program was very helpful for the audience, and they asked several questions on the topic.
