Carrot cake, banana bread, chocolate cake. I want it all, now!


?? I've been a digital nomad for over 2 years.

I've been living in Portugal, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the Dominican Republic, New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Argentina, Ukraine, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Bali, Dubai, and more... All while running my company and online coaching program, THE FIT HIGH-PERFORMER

I currently spend most of my time in Mexico, soon we're going to Valencia.


?? I used to own a Chameleon.

(Yes, the one that changes colors, lol)


? I love my coffee black and strong (and decaf after lunch).

And anything added to it is not coffee anymore. (If you have a different opinion, you're probably Karen from Facebook)


? I love watches!

Especially divers. But the travel lifestyle forces me to keep the collection small (phu..)

It’s time for some real talk

2. Three healthy foods that suck for weight loss ??


?? Extra virgin olive oil

Even though it has some legitimate health properties, it is still the most calorie-dense food on the planet and will give you a very hard time if you're trying to lose weight.


?? Nuts

Although they're tasty and super health-beneficial, they are also super calorically dense, which makes it super easy for them to overeat. Now, imagine if you want to have a snack and eat a couple of nuts. Just a little serving on your hand will result in 200 calories without noticing. And the 30-minute run that you did the other day is gone for nothing.


?? Dried and dehydrated fruits

If you take all the water out of the food, you take a lot of the weight out of it, and you make a regular fruit (which will be healthy, nutritious, and filling) very, very calorically dense. And again, here it's way likelier for you to overeat these foods. (especially because they're also so tasty, right?) So make sure you limit those three foods if you want to see progress on the scale!


Keep in mind, healthy foods don’t mean they’re a good choice to get in shape…


You need a flexible meal system that allows you to see progress while still having the freedom to eat out…

3. 9/10 men never get rid of their belly, are you one of them? ??


Let’s say we have two men. Both senior executives. Same work ethic in their career. BUT…

- Prioritizes sleep

The lesson of the week:

Every week I’m going to share a realization that I had either in my life or while coaching my high-performance clients:

Why I hired a fitness coach, as a fitness coach myself…??

Spoiler: the progress I made since I hired my coach was insane!



I used to coach myself, but now I have a coach for more than 2 and a half years.


You must be thinking: “Huh? Can’t you coach yourself? as a fitness coach?” “you should know that stuff


Well, of course. I did that for a long time now.


But there was a problem I was running into…

I couldn’t see the whole picture, because I was letting my emotions be involved.


Motivation, frustration, overwhelm, insecurities… you name it

And these led me to make wrong decisions.


I was ending up in a vicious circle of doing too much of one thing and too little of others that mattered more.

And this made me spin my wheels. Leaving months and months of progress on the table…

Wasted time, that I’ll never get back…??

I had to be called out by a friend of mine who told me that I hadn’t made any progress for a while, despite the consistency…


So I made the choice to hire a coach ??

That wasn’t easy… I had to overcome my ego and accept the fact that I need some outside help if I want to continue towards my goal…

Fast forward; I’ve been with him for over 2 years now and have made the best progress in my training and fitness “career”.


And I just signed up for another year of coaching, paid in full (multiple 4 digits)


This is a no-brainer for me because I saw how much time and mental effort this saves me, that I can use somewhere else, like helping my clients and building the life I desire.


Money you can earn and lose money, but time you can’t earn… You can only lose it.

So this is why I’m not shying away from investing into myself…


The main lesson I learned:


Drop your ego and listen to people who are ahead of you. They can give you a perspective you can’t see and give you the shortcut. And you’ll be rewarded with seeing the best progress you’ve ever had in your life…


Your best self isn’t a matter of chance—it’s a choice. And it's one decision away.
