Make your daily commute part of your Fit In 5, walking to and from work instead of wasting time sat in traffic .
To far to do the full trip on foot...?
Try getting a bus so far and walking the rest of the way, or what about that bike that has been gathering dust in the shed?
Safe yourself the stress of traffic and take in some beautiful scenery at the same time, enhancing your mental wellbeing as well as your waste line.
Every hour on the hour get up and make a move.
Make it productive and go and see that work colleague instead of sending an email across the room, the lift can become a permanent out of action zone and that extra 20 minutes you use to spend gossiping at lunch can be used to go for a brisk power walk.

Start your day with Mobility drills, banded resistance work or some online yoga, this will help create intention and purpose for the rest of the day without a rude awakening?and increase your calorie burn, mobility and flexibility
Fitness does have to be a torcher session, if your all about the group interaction and need a chatty distraction? find a hobby that you love, make your weekends the time for adventure with walks alongside friends and family or even fun activities like tablet tennis (you can really work up a sweat by the way ) , fitness can be super fun so like any warrior you just got to find your tribe!?
Need an extra incentive other than the extra lbs coming off?
Nothing like doing a charity event and getting others involved some healthy competition/, Perhaps a step challenge or signing up for your local community Park Run to keep your actions accountable, how about starting a game of rounders at lunch time? All of these things can help you increase your daily calorie burn as well as have a positive impact in the office environment ?
