Yesterday, EYs Aquaculture Analysis was launched digitally with several interesting sessions and discussions about the content of the report.
One of the highlights was "How to succeed with increased fish welfare and fish health" with Ingebj?rg S?vareid, Global Fish Health Manager at Grieg Seafood and Nina Stangeland, Managing Director in the cluster.?

Changes in blood biomarker profiles are often the first indication that something is not right, CEO Prof. Brian Quinn says.?
WellFish Diagnostics have pioneered processing of serum from blood that has been non-lethally sampled from fish. The samples are used for health monitoring and diagnostic application.?
Quinn explains that following the analysis of many '000 samples, their AI model has learnt to spot profiles that are associated with specific health issues, including gill health, cardiac health, pancreas health and so on.??

As stated by the Norwegian Veterinary Institute's Fish Health report, damages from delousing are one of the most significant health challenges for farmed salmon in 2022. Blue Lice's solution is aiming at improving this issue.??
