First Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of Family of Victim of the FIU Pedestrian Bridge Collapse

Christos Lagos, of the law firm Lagos & Priovolos, filed the first wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the family of one of the six victims that lost their lives due to the tragic bridge collapse that occurred at FIU on March 15, 2018. Lagos & Priovolos represents the minor son and wife of Decedent Rolando Fraga. “If MCM+FIGG had simply closed the roadway while workers were adjusting tension rods, so many lives would not have been lost” said Lagos.
