Thank God It’s Friday, and I am just concluding my first week at work. I was having my lunch while reflecting on how the week has been and then I laughed at how starting a new job is a bit like stepping into a new relationship. There's that exhilarating mix of excitement and nervousness, the anticipation of new experiences, and the hope that this new chapter will bring growth and fulfillment. As I reflect on my first week at my new workplace, I can't help but draw parallels between embarking on this professional journey and the early stages of a romantic relationship.
