First UK Reference Site To Be Announced - The VFA Sludge "Beast"

SAVECO Environmental Limited?have worked tirelessly to expose the VFA Sludge "Beast" into the UK Market - and after its unprecedented success within the US Market, it was only a matter of time before it would be viewed as a viable option over this side of the pond.

As is the general consensus within the wider, wastewater sector, sludge is a prominent issue and one that SAVECO were convinced that they had the tools to combat.

SAVECO are proud to announce that they have been liaising with a (for now) nameless UK Utility Company to be the first UK based reference for the VFA Sludge "Beast"

It has followed, months of discussions with key decision makers, to earn trust and confidence to remedy an existing site sludge problem, in which a competitors machine is not able to cope with the demands.

To further solidify our promise to manage the high % of solids within their current set up, SAVECO have offered the unit on a "Trial" deferred payment.

The customer is to be provided with a skid mounted, VFA1200 which can cope with 150 m3/h and up to 6-8% solids as a plug and play system which will also include, the control panel.

To measure the success of the trial (if not already obvious from the; minimal installation time, low costs and little or/no ongoing maintenance), Aa specially developed success criteria has been put into place.

Following on from a successful trial, the customer has three other UK sites that will have to patiently wait for three more VFA Sludge "Beasts"

* Drum Screen 5 to 6mm perforations

* Drum screen incline angle - 25 degrees

* Can connect via Perrot to tanker or pipe.
