For The First Time Ever: 12 Posts Week. And 572% ?? Growth In Just 14 days.

Twice a day I am on the train with people I do not know. Very defined time box of 30 minutes, completely sealed from the rest of my life by the gates of two trains stations. My challenge is to think of an idea, take a picture, write the headline and text, design the cover and publish an interesting post… while I am on the train.

You know me, everything must be branded, so “THE DAILY TRAINER” Is born.

? First of all, I like to thank you guys for joining and interacting. I am writing the daily trainer for myself, but finding out so many of you are finding value in it is a bonus, and it is incredible. So Again, thank you for reading, liking, commenting, +Following share with me your experience on the trainer, when we meet at the train at work and professional events. Some of you are even contacting me via email, with inspiring ideas for improvements and even typo correction. ????

? Two weeks ago, the daily trainer already reached thousands of engagements every week from all around the world, but the number of +Followers was low, only 23. I have set a goal to reach 50 +Follwers by the end of the year. This goal has been achieved within only 5!!! Days. Then I have set a new goal, a more challenging one: To reach 100 +Followers by the end of the year... Today, a week later, The-Daily-Trainer has reached 140 +Followers ??, and the number is growing daily.

So I am setting a new goal: ??250 +Followers by the end of 2019.

? This week was unique for many reasons; One of them is that the first 12 posts (train rides) week. In other words, I have worked on Friday, meaning I have lost some friends & family time. The other side of the same coin is that you have gained an extra 2 posts, two of the best this week I must say. Sometimes one man lost is another's gain.

Enjoy your weekend.

They will get on board the same train, and if they share the destination, they will get to it at the same time. Yet, one is a siter and the other a walker. Like the little battery icon on my iPhone, Their energy level ??is visual.

At work. Are you a siter, passively waiting for things to happen, or a walker, walking your platform full of energy, ready to seize the opportunity as soon as it arrives.

Facing the opportunity to grab a mic, most people will pass and say nothing. In most cases, it is not the lack of opportunities that hold us back; it is us, disbelieving in ourselves, too scared to "hold the mic" and talk out loud.

At work, are you the speaker of your team? Do you speak about your success? Are you making sure everyone knows about you and what you do? Do you compliment others, loudly and clearly?

If you are here to reach your destination, sooner or later you will go into the light, and experience a train revelation.

Some of the things we do are meaningless, but they are part of the way. For as far as the train station goes, "Going into the light", is such a meaningless act. The idea is to get on the platform and then on the train taking you to your destination.

Going into the light drives its powerful meaning from something else altogether, and that's why it worth a headline.

At work, do you know how to make headlines out of your every day doing? How do you communicate these headlines to drive positive attention to "boring" repetitive tasks?

This dude, sitting at the place of the electric scooters, made me remember a story I use to love as a kid. The story is about a father and his daughter. The father is drawing "flipped logic" drawings, like a man carrying a wagon, that the horse is driving. Or a huge mouse chasing a tiny cat. The daughter is always asking her father to correct the drawings. He does so. And they have a wonderful time together. I remember myself forcing my parents to play this game with me in real life.

Back to the train, I was successful in holding myself from approaching this guy and ask him to "correct the drawing"... instead, I have written a post about it ??.

At work and in life; What is your reaction when you come across a "flipped logic drownings"? Do you ask to correct it like a child, or find value in it, like the father?

Note: Special thanks to my 10 years old daughter Netta Yoran ?????for fixing my spelling and grammar.

This dog is so amazing ??. He was sitting like that, quietly, all the way. Even as the train car has become crowded, the dog was not moving. I guess most of the people on board didn't realize he was there.

Still, he has a leash.

A leash is not a punishment or a prize; it is a measure of freedom and can be turned into a tool of force and control. Most of the time, the leash is merely telling the dog how far he alow to go. On the other side, it is a message to the surrounding people: "This dog is trained and under my control."

At work, does your team know the boundaries of their freedom? Do you know yours? In your environment, is the metaphoric "leash" is just a symbol, or is it a tool you are using to force your will?

I am intrigued by the idea of parallel universes. So these two trains, each heading to a different destination, especially intriguing to me. What is happening with people as they leave your eye site, obviously they live a parallel life to yours. So how our parallel worlds may connect?

Are you working with people in different places around the world? Talking in different languages? Coming from a Different culture? Having Different priorities? How do you connect, and I don't mean skype. How do you connect your inner world and build a strong and dedicated team out of all of you together?

Need a manual? Watch "Guardians of the Galaxy." In its own funny way, it is about building a global team.

Bring your own device means you are taking responsibility for the outcome. It means you are onboarding prepared for the last mile, and you will do it with the tools of your choice. It doesn't mean you will reject a better solution, if such will be provided, or will get in reach. However, it means you know where you are going, and you are prepared for the best of your ability.

At work, do you take responsibility and bring your own device, or are counting on others to provide the solutions?

This picture is of "TLV: The Peace Train Station." I was overwhelmed by all the lines coming into the station, from every possible direction. And then it hit me, this is not only a great picture, but it is also the reality, because, the bottom line is that all the train lines in Israel are passing thru to TLV.

At work and in your relationships, are you a significant hub that all lines of information and decision making are reaching, or are you an end of line station, getting only the trains sent specifically for you?

In business, you must continuously move forward. In that sense, using the train as your on-road office is brilliant. (Both literally and practically). You can even add 3 more coworkers to this morning meeting. Another bonus... It will end on time.

?? According to a MasterCard study, The Digital Nomads Economy (Gig Economy) is estimated at $204B a year and growing at a pace of 17.4% CAGR to reach $530B by 2023.

How much of your work is location-based, and how much of it is pure brain-based? Location freedom at work has been proven to grow creatively as well as productivity. It doesn't mean you will not get to the office. It means you will get there because you want to be there. And you will be there when you are needed.

Knowing yourself, What is the perfect balance for you?

I love it when the corporate Identity (visual branding) is a full inside-out experience. When the color and logo on the seats of one train, are in perfect match with the neighbor locomotive out the window. Is seems to be simple and obvious (when it works), and that is the beauty of it.

In your company, does branding begins and ends in corporate identity, or is it the soul, nature, and character of the company. Do you share common values? Does anyone truly and genuinely care about it?

Measure it!

How much does your service or product worth "wearing" a different logo?

This post is written on Friday the 13th (of December 2019.) As you know, usually, I do not take the Friday trains, as it is a weekend. Never the less, here I am on the train again.

At work, Do you have the "luxury" of extending your time frame when needed, or is it a "horror movie" experience?

Hi Eran Yoran! Found your post while surfing LinkedIn and they are very insightful. Love how they are short and easy to digest.. Like food nuggets :)? I am wondering how this can be applied to someone who's just starting out their own business. From the couple i read, i noticed it's for someone who's working on a team and where there is structure. Would appreciate the feedback. Thanks
